Return Window & Shipping Costs

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back within 30 days with a valid postmark.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

You may use any carrier of your choice to return the item, but please make sure it is shipped within the 30-day timeframe.
Return Conditions
To ensure that products remain in resellable condition, returned shoes must meet the following requirements:

Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with soles free of visible wear.

The original packaging (shoe box, dust bags, etc.) must be intact, and all tags and labels must remain attached.

Hygiene stickers (if included) must be untouched.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Shoes that show clear signs of wear or intentional damage;

Sale items or items specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”;

Complimentary gifts or customized items.
Exchanges

If the shoe size does not fit, you may request an exchange.

If the shoes arrive defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos as proof. We will gladly replace them with the same style at no extra cost.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in certain cases, such as:

Missing packaging (shoe box, dust bag) or accessories (laces, insoles, etc.) when not due to our error;

Returns accepted beyond the 30-day window under exceptional circumstances.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will notify you via email regarding approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.

If you do not see your refund after a reasonable period, please first check with your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team.
